Teaching Philosophy

Above all, learning an instrument should be fun! With a little effort on the part of the student, I can make a guitarist out of pretty much anyone. I try to get my students playing the music they're interested in as soon as possible. The best way to learn technique and music theory is to incorporate them into music that the student will actually want to practice. While there is certainly hard work involved, practice should not have to be all drudgery. Put in the practice time and you will be amazed what you can play in just a few weeks.
